sometimes I read something and it just hits different. these words were said to someone who had just delivered painful testimony in a court of law. as someone who has lived through trauma, it helps me remember that I still have magnificent things to do.

at some point, years ago now, I decided to see what would happen if I stopped thinking about my suffering. Now or in the past. I have a long list of things I’ve suffered through and as someone with chronic illness I suffer symptoms daily. I did a video about how it went.
